Went to the OC Fair yesterday at 12:00AM. We took advantage of the Children’s Book donations in order to get admitted for free. At first I was a bit overwhelmed with how huge it was even though I went the year before but I eventually got over it and decided to start with rides. I had several groups that I was going to meet up with but unfortunately most of them couldn’t find rides—not to mention spending the entire day at the fair is extremely expensive :(  So I hung out with Alyssa’s group, and I’m so glad I did because they persuaded me to go on nearly every ride and taking advantage of every second being there—and omfg, I’m extremely afraid of heights too haha.
It was ridiculously fun and we spent over 8 hours there practically riding on everything to the point where we were extremely exhausted. Kind of wish I tried out more of the carnival games so I could bring home a teddy bear or souvenir or something haha, oh well, had a lot of fun! Went to the OC Fair yesterday at 12:00AM. Went hiking at Sapphire Falls this morning at 10:30AM, it was incredibly fun and well worth the effort. The waterfalls were the most rewarding, especially the scenery. Many may see the graffiti as vandalism and unattractive, but I admit it gives it personality and great characteristics. Anyhow, we walked such steep hills/mountains and ran out of water haha, but eventually we arrived at the waterfalls/streams/water and it was incredibly fun swimming and sliding down the high heights.
I’m incredibly afraid of heights, but I have this ‘contradicting’ personality that allows me to be daring and go through with things anyways haha.
Afterwards we went out to eat out at a Filipino restaurant, and went swimming in the rain in my cousin’s pool—which was incredibly fun as well.
We ended up using up the entire day, but yeah, I feel today was an accomplishment.  Went hiking at Sapphire Falls this morning at 10:30AM, it was incredibly fun and well worth the effort. Laguna Beach Party for Helen’s Birthday.
Well, as you can see, I made it safely to California. I’m actually surprised I was already caught partying at the beach after a day of arriving haha! Well when I first came here, Nathan, Mindy, and I all went out to Tebo Tebo Tea Lounge for a drink and yesterday Mindy and my friends all drove down to Laguna Beach.
We rode fierce waves, holy shizz those waves sucked. I flipped under the water hahaha, but it was fun. We all sang and played the uke, checked out the cool rocks, ate amazing food, buried everyone in the sand, and overall it was a great party.
I miss these kiddos, it’s a bit bittersweet that this is my last summer as a teenager haha—but I’m making the best of it, keeping in touch with old /and/ new friends. Laguna Beach Party for Helen’s Birthday.

Flight officially booked for KC to AZ to CA for a month and a half. ~

Week in photosBeing with my friends was a great kick-off to summer. We went exploring -driving out to random places- and wasting a ton of gas from just being outdoors and enjoying nature. So my friend mentioned this app called “Geocaching” which the catch is that you receive coordinates or clues to where official boxes are located and it’s a world-wide scavenger hunt, and we decided to go for it and found many of them in our area! Some were difficult though :P So far this summer a lot has been going on: swimming, sleepovers, scary movies, exploring, traveling, road trips, going out to eat, shopping like a psycho, hanging out at the mall, graduation parties, late-night tennis, park, etc.
It’s only been the first week of summer and I’m already so excited to live it up. I still can’t believe it’s my last summer as a teenager though, might as well enjoy it while I can.
